TNF and malnutrition: The effectiveness of forest honey (A. dorsata) as a therapy for ovarian failure that caused malnutrition was based on the following: increased antioxidant enzyme activity, such as SOD, and decreased oxidative stress concentration, such as MDA; increased anti-inflammatory cytokine expression, such as IL-13, and decreased pro-inflammatory cytokine expression, such as TNF-α; and ovarian tissue regeneration with increased growing follicle count.
