The exosome contents involved in the process include RNAs, such as miR-210 [43], miR-155 [44], lncRNA-H19 [45], and proteins, such as CLEC3B [46], ANGPT2 [47], HSP70 [48], etc. The study conducted by Lin et al. [43] revealed that HCC cells release exosomes containing miR-210, which may be taken up by endothelial cells. Here, CLEC3B is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
