Prognostic analysis using the Kaplan–Meier plotter revealed that the high expression of AJUBA (p-value = 6.1 × 10−6), CD80 (p-value = 1.1 × 10−8), CCDC69 (p-value = 3.3 × 10−3), KNL1 (p-value = 0.00034) and NOLC1 (p-value = 6.9 × 10−3) and the low expression of GPNMB (p-value = 0.0033) and PDILT (p-value = 0.031) were significantly correlated with poor prognosis in patients with gastric cancer. This evidence concerns the gene GPNMB and gastric cancer.
