Curcumin and resveratrol has been found to decrease cytokine and chemokine production (mostly CCL2) [75,76,77,78], and to reduce CXCL1 and CXCL2 production in human prostate cancer [61], as well as CCL2, CCL5 and CXCL10 production in murine myocarditis, endometriotic stromal cell and human keratinocyte models, respectively [65,66,79]. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is myocarditis.
