There are no clear genomic studies related to antibiotic-induced MG, but in a genome-wide association study of myasthenia gravis by Alan E Renton et al. [175], three genes, CTLA4 (rs231770), HLA-DQA1 (rs9271871), and TNFRSF11A, were found to be closely associated with myasthenia gravis [175]. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is myasthenia gravis.
