A positive correlation between the levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 12 (IL-12), interleukin 17 (IL-17) and TNF-α and Enterobacter abundance was observed, but these cytokines were negatively correlated with the abundance of Bifidobacterium, Blautia, Lachnospira, Roseburia and Ruminococcus in SS patients. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is synovial sarcoma.
