The same algorithm was adopted to classify the HCC patients into HCC cuproptosis-related clusters (HCC CRCs) A and B based on the expression of the FDX1, DBT, GCSH, SLC31A1, and DLAT genes in the HCC patients who developed NASH, with 29 samples in HCC CRC A and 24 samples in HCC CRC B (Figure 5a).
