TNFRSF11A and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: To further elucidate the mechanisms of bone invasion in OSCC, this study assesses the number of osteoclasts and expression of RANK, RANKL and OPG in a panel of both OSCC patient tissues and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) organoids, with bone invasion of either the invasive or the erosive pattern.
