Many Ca2+ signaling pathway genes, including 4 of channel proteins, 4 of CAMs, 1 of CBL, 5 of CIPKs, 12 of CDPKs, and 13 of CMLs, were up-regulated, suggesting that the Ca2+ signaling pathway and these uDEGs are very important to regulate resistance to this pathogen infection (Supplementary File S8). This evidence concerns the gene CBL and infection.
