In the AD group, the levels of eight proteins—HV316 (gene name: IGHV3-16), PDCD5 (PDCD5), H2B1K (H2BC12), CAH11 (CA11), ACBP (DBI), CH60 (HSPD1), PPIC (PPIC), and MFAP5 (MFAP5)] were elevated, while 60 proteins [the top nine being: MYP2 (PMP2), AT1B1 (ATP1B1), TPM3 (TPM3), LIGO3 (LIGO3), SRGN (SRGN), MCP (CD46), PRDX3 (PRDX3), CAZA2 (CAPZA2), and ZNF84 (ZNF84)—were downregulated compared with the NC group. Here, ATP1B1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
