IL34 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: We demonstrated that interleukin-34, HLA class II histocompatibility antigen, DM alpha chain, and HLA class II histocompatibility antigen, DO beta chain, have a significant impact on CAF and TAM infiltration, and the presence of these proteins in serum exosomes derived from NSCLC patients may indicate poor prognosis for NSCLC patients and result in failure of their therapy.
