KRAS and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Although not statistically significant, KRAS was more likely to be expressed highly in the rectum (70% vs. 46.2%), in patients with an advanced tumour (T) stage (60% vs. 50%) and with lymph node metastasis (72.5% vs. 41.7%) and advanced (III or IV) pathological stages (72.5% vs. 41.7%) and with no MSI (10/13, 77%).
