As well as traditional biomarkers, such as p53, CYFRA21-1, ProGRP, and NSE, several biomarkers associated with lung cancer, such as c-Myc, survivin, HER2, NY-ESO-1, and SOX1, have been used in various diagnostic technologies based on the concept of autoantibodies [4,6,15,16,17]. This evidence concerns the gene GRP and lung carcinoma.
