In batch 1, PFKL was added instead of ALDH3A1; in batch 2, CTNNB1, IDH1, MTHFD1, S100A2, and SFN were selected, but IDH2, CEACAM5, and ALDH3A1 in Figure 5A were excluded in Figure 5B. Thus, the upregulation of AKR1B10 in the cytologically normal bronchial epithelium is an overlap predictor of the risk of developing lung cancer (Figure 5B). Here, IDH1 is linked to lung carcinoma.
