The IDH-mutant gliomas also harbored a significantly higher mean concentration of NAA/Cr ratio (1.20 ± 0.09 vs. 0.75 ± 0.12; p = 0.016) and significantly lower Glx/Cr ratio (0.86 ± 0.08 vs. 1.88 ± 0.66; p = 0.029) than those with IDH wild-type gliomas. This evidence concerns the gene IDH2 and central nervous system cancer.
