The IDH-mutant gliomas also had a significantly higher NAA/Cr ratio (1.20 ± 0.09 vs. 0.75 ± 0.12 p = 0.016) and lower Glx/Cr ratio (0.86 ± 0.078 vs. 1.88 ± 0.66; p = 0.029) than those with IDH wild-type gliomas. Here, IDH2 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
