Concentrations of pro-oxidation markers (O2−, H2O2, TBARS, and NO2−) were determined from the coronary venous effluent of diabetic rats treated with NPH insulin, HBOT, or their combination and collected at the moment of stabilization (S), then in the first minute of reperfusion after ischemia (R), and then every 5 min during the thirty-minute reperfusion, and their values are shown graphically (Figure 2).
