As a result of KEGG pathway analysis of 17 genes with somatic mutations, a total of 16 pathways (vascular smooth muscle contraction, calcium signaling pathway, platelet activation, ECM-receptor interaction, oxytocin signaling pathway, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, axon guidance, apelin signaling pathway, alcoholism, cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, gastric acid secretion, Alzheimer’s disease, focal adhesion, notch signaling pathway, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, and Rap1 signaling pathway) were identified (Table 5). The gene discussed is OXT; the disease is early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
