From the 51 significantly enriched pathways (p-value < 0.05, FDR < 0.01) for the 119 genes in the brown module (Figure 5c), the top 20 include ligand–receptor interactions, synapse signaling, axon guidance, cell adhesion, and insulin secretion (Figure 5a), which are all known as processes of the nervous system [43,44,45] in which alterations have been related to neuroblastoma development [45,46]. The gene discussed is INS; the disease is neuroblastoma.
