Based on the related studies, ATG7, LC3B, and P62, which play important roles in autophagy regulation, were selected as the research focus, and systematically studied the effects of SiO2 exposure and/or Tet intervention on these indexes, with a view to reveal whether Tet intervention may relieve lung inflammation and fibrosis induced by SiO2 through the autophagy pathway. This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3B and inflammation.
