The findings of the random-effect IVW method showed a substantial link between genetically predicted psoriasis and the enhanced risk of LDL cholesterol (OR: 1.006, 95% CI: 1.005–1.007, p = 0.024), apolipoprotein B (OR: 1.018, 95% CI: 1.010–1.026, p = 0.015), and lipoprotein A (OR: 1.006, 95% CI: 1.002–1.010, p = 0.039, Figure 2A, Supplementary Table S12). The gene discussed is APOB; the disease is psoriasis.
