The BM’s composition (myeloid-derived suppressor cells, tumor-associated M2 macrophages, N2 neutrophils, Tregs, Bregs, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells) promotes the proliferation of MM through the secretion of cytokines and growth factors (IL-6, IL-10, MIP-11 α/β, TGF β, stromal-derived factor 1(SDF-1), and a proliferation-induced ligand) [35,36]. The gene discussed is TNFSF13; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
