Based on the excellent electronic properties and high specific recognition ability of MoS2 NSs, Yang et al. [144] constructed a FET sensor array to detect the bladder cancer biomarkers nuclear matrix protein 22 (NMP22) and cytokeratin 8 (CK8), and achieved ultra-sensitive detection in a wide linear range (10−6–10−1 pg/mL), with an LOD as low as 0.027 aM and 0.019 aM (Figure 7c). Here, NUMA1 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
