Importantly, the significant enriched KEGG pathways in both Cells‐CVB3 and MV‐CVB3 were associated with virus infection (Influenza A, Hepatitis B, KSHV infection), inflammatory response (IL‐17 signaling pathway, TLR signaling pathway, TNF signal pathway), and apoptosis signal pathways in MV‐CVB3, consistent with CVB3‐induced pathology in the host (Figure 5D and E). Here, IL17A is linked to hepatitis B virus infection.
