Independent of infection, among many others, peaks from JQ-1-treated cells were enriched with binding motifs for TF families such as cap ‘n’ collar basic leucine zipper (CNC-bZIP) and nuclear factor Y (NF-Y) (Fig 4I–4J and S1B–S1D Table), which induce antiviral cellular cytoprotective responses [49,57] and more accessible chromatin [58,59], respectively. This evidence concerns the gene TF and infection.
