CDC42EP2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Furthermore, we have tested the generalizability of our approach and applied it to acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with overall survival as a clinical endpoint, identifying three genes (CDC42EP2, CDC42, and ALOX15B) that demonstrated association with AML overall survival in the BEAT AML bone marrow patient cohort (5), adjusted for cytogenetic risk (which reflects clinicopathologic features with prognostic significance in AML) and chronological age.
