SNX10, S100B, CSPG4, AIM2, FDCSP, KCNJ10, COL22A1, ITIH6, IL27RA, SERPINE2, OLIG1, CD200, METTL7B, and TIMP1 were found to be highly expressed in melanoma, yet negatively correlated with prognosis, i.e., the prognosis is better when the expression is higher. This evidence concerns the gene CSPG4 and melanoma.
