OSBPL3 and neoplasm: The observation that the bladder tissue was normal in more than 1/3 of Orp3-proficient mice (5.5% in Orp3-KO and 38.4% in Orp3-proficient control group) indicates that Orp3 may have a tumor suppressor role, which is in line with our previous report showing that the conventional Orp3-KO mice developed B-cell lymphoma [17].
