A single-cell meta-analysis of 225 samples from 102 ICB-treated patients across five cancer types has revealed that the CXCL13 could be an effective marker of tumor-reactive CD8+ T cells within tumors, and that the high proportion of CXCL13+ CD8+ T cells is indicative of favorable responses to ICB therapy [311]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and cancer.
