In breast cancer, the module–trait correlation heat map showed a high correlation between DRGs and naive B cells (R2 = 0.15, p = 2e−07), resting memory T cells CD4 (R2 = 0.083, p = 1e−24), monocytes (R2 = 0.083, p = 0.005), macrophages M2 (R2 = 0.12, p = 9e−05), and resting mast cells (R2 = 0.21, p = 3e−12) (Fig. 8D). Here, CD4 is linked to breast cancer.
