We found that breast cancer patients with high FBXW2/low Moesin levels have significantly better RFS compared to those with low FBXW2/high Moesin (Supplementary Fig. S1G), suggesting that the expression levels of both FBXW2 and Moesin could be used as prognostic biomarkers in breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene FBXW2 and breast carcinoma.
