For instance, DLD was positively correlated with “oxidative phosphorylation”, “Parkinson’s disease”, “Alzheimer’s disease”, “Huntington’s disease”, “calcium signaling pathway”, “neuroactive ligand receptor interaction”, and “long term potentiation” (Fig. 7A), while PLPP2 and PLAAT4 were negatively associated with these terms (Fig. 7B and C).
