A recent study analysed the transcriptome and regulatory networks of patients with B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B‐ALL) treated with anti‐CD19 CAR‐T therapy and revealed that the increased levels of miR‐148a‐3p and miR‐375 in patients following anti‐CD19 CAR‐T therapy were associated with good responses.81 This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
