BRD2 and allergic disease: After adjusted sex, amount of body fat at 6 years, parental history of allergic disease, and exposure to tobacco smoke, the DHEA-S level was significantly associated with lower odds of any allergic disease (aOR, 0.58; 95%CI, 0.36–0.93; P = 0.024) and serum FSH level was significantly associated with higher odds of any allergic disease (aOR 2.04; 95%CI, 1.01–4.11; P = 0.046).
