After aerosolized infection with low- (~80 CFU) or high-dose (~300 CFU) M. tuberculosis (Erdman), the organ bacterial burden increased from 2 to 4 weeks and declined from 4 to 6 weeks in both C57BL/6 and FcγR-hu mice, comparable to other M. tuberculosis infection studies in C57BL/6 mice (Figure 6).
