The biopsy was performed, indicating poorly differentiated carcinoma, and the subsequent immunohistochemistry results showed PCK (+), EMA (±), CDX2 (−), CgA (−), Syn (−), CD20 (−), CD3 (−), Ki67 (+, 50%), CK8/18 (+), P63 (+), CK5/6 (+), CK7 (−), and EBER1/2‐ISH (+) (Figure S1). The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is carcinoma.
