IFNG and vitiligo: Finally, we found that expression levels of IL-6 (0.27-fold) and IL-17 (0.30-fold), but not IL-10 or IFN-γ, were also decreased in T cells from patients with vitiligo (n = 6) compared with the controls (n = 6), after the transfection of plasmid encoding LOC100506314 (Figure 7).
