The common objective treatment-related AEs observed in this study were rash, fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, fatigue, diarrhea, leukopenia, neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, elevated ALT, elevated AST, hyperbilirubinemia, hypoalbuminemia, elevated creatinine, and sensory neuropathy. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and sensory peripheral neuropathy.
