On the contrary, in our analysis we were able to interrogate the largest molecularly characterized pan-cancer cohorts that, with over 10 000 clinical specimens from 32 distinct cancer types and over 1000 pre-clinical samples, could better recapitulate the clinical disease and clinical heterogeneity, offering the opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the putative role of Tau in cancer, fostering and providing guidance for further research and validations.
