In univariable regression analysis, female sex (OR = 1.6, p = 0.033), disease duration (OR = 1.06, p < 0.001), physician global assessment (OR = 1.09, p = 0.037), DAS28-CRP (OR = 1.16, p = 0.031), SDAI (OR = 1.02, p = 0.002), CDAI (OR = 1.02, p = 0.023), RAPID3 (OR = 1.05, p < 0.001), prior use of methotrexate (OR = 0.36, p < 0.001) and sulfasalazine (OR = 0.36, p = 0.008), and concurrent use of methotrexate (OR = 0.57, p = 0.001) were found to be associated with D2T RA (Table 3).
