Patients with the primary outcomes had shorter follow-up time (p < 0.001), a higher incidence of pruritus (p = 0.005), higher ALP (p = 0.006), ALT (p = 0.038), AST (p < 0.001), and TB (p < 0.001), lower ALB (p < 0.001), and PLT (p < 0.001), a higher incidence of splenomegaly (p < 0.001), and esophageal varices (p < 0.001), and higher LSM (p < 0.001).
