AKT1 and cancer: Through the network pharmacology, we identified the most significant protein (Akt1) associated with the occurrence and development of cancer and a bioactive 8-hydroxycoumarin (8-hydroxychromen-2-one) from the D. roylei. We identified a hub signaling pathway (PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, indicating the lowest rich factor among 20 signaling pathways.
