At the World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) 2022, a report of a clinical study with a small sample size showed that the ORR of sintilimab combined with anlotinib in patients with rare EGFR mutations (EGFR 20 ins, L861Q, G719A, and G709T) who had previously been treated with targeted therapy or chemotherapy was 36.8%, with a median PFS of 6.7 months. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and lung carcinoma.
