Notably, the HLA allele frequency coverage was >0.6 for both HLA-A and -C genes and ranged from 0.4 to 0.80 for HLA-B in the PDX panels representing the main pediatric solid tumor types and subtypes, with the exception of other rhabdomyosarcoma, carcinoma, hepatoblastoma, pleuropulmonary blastoma, ependymoma and atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, with limited numbers of models (n = 1–3).
