In terms of clinical characteristics, high expression of QPRT was correlated with lymph node metastasis (all P < 0.05) (Fig. 1C), and high QPRT expression levels were associated with nodal positive statuses (Fig. S1A) and mutated P53 (Fig. S1B) in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. Here, TP53 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
