No other significant differences were seen in the 15 most frequently altered genes, including TP53, AR, CDK12, RB1, and PIK3CA. Tumor suppressor coalterations indicative of aggressive variant prostate cancer (≥2 mutations in PTEN, TP53, or RB1)22 were found in 26 Black patients (13.1%) and 133 White patients (18.0%) (P = .13). Here, TP53 is linked to prostate cancer.
