CD3E+ T cells (Clusters 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 13 and 19) were the dominant immune cell population accounting for 46.22 ± 13.05% (average ± SD, hereinafter) and 87.52 ± 5.84% of total cells from BD and VKHD samples, respectively (Figure 1c–e).
