MHC-I multimer staining of the blood three weeks after the first immunization showed that immunization with CCL19_Neo5, which harbors a covalent link connecting CCL19 and the cancer neoepitopes, led to an average of 3,61% C1-specific CD8+ T cells, a significant increase when compared to the levels obtained by the co-administration of pCCL19 and NT_Neo5 (Figure 3E). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is cancer.
