The clusterin-positive area in the epidermis of the psoriasis group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P < 0.001; 8.63% ± 1.19% vs. 5.25% ± 1.02%, respectively) (Fig. 6A), and there were no significant differences in the size of clusterin-positive areas in the dermis between the psoriasis and control groups (P = 0.067) (Fig. 6B). This evidence concerns the gene CLU and psoriasis.
