C3N nanodots-treated AD mice spent significantly more time in the third quadrant and crossed this target quadrant more often compared to control APP/PS1 mice (~15.9 ± 2.8 s vs. ~6.5 ± 2.5 s; ~7.2 ± 0.8 times vs. ~3.0 ± 1.3 times) (Fig. 3f, g, & h).
