T1-measured neuroaxonal damage around DSHLs (DSHL PPA) was found to correlate with disease duration (rs = 0.335, p = 0.017), EDSS (rs = 0.312, p = 0.038), and BPV (rs = −0.394, p = 0.003), and the T1 relaxation times in the SIL PPA positively correlated with EDSS (rs = 0.255, p = 0.048), whereas no significant correlations between PRLs, the PRL PPA, and clinical data were found. Here, PRL is linked to primary progressive aphasia.
